Reson
Reson is a conversational AI SaaS concept — a product for revenue teams to capture, understand, and act on customer conversations. Unlike my other templates, this one started from a specific visual idea rather than a market gap: I wanted to build a custom frame-by-frame waveform animation, and conversation intelligence was a category that gave that visual language an actual reason to exist — sound and conversation naturally pair with a waveform.

Problem.
I was still exploring SaaS as a template category after Current, and I specifically wanted to push my product design skills into territory my other work hadn't touched: dense, data-heavy dashboard UI, rather than marketing-site layouts. The product concept and core workflow (Capture, Understand, Coach, Improve) were generated with AI to get the idea in place quickly — the actual design work, from UI to interaction to motion, is mine.

Revenue teams — sales, customer success, and leadership — who want a shared, searchable record of customer conversations instead of insights getting lost across calls and disconnected tools.

Key Decisions.
The signature piece of this project is the waveform animation on the hero button — built frame by frame as a Framer component, with each variant holding a single frame of the sequence, cycled to create motion. Conceptually straightforward; the actual difficulty was in the polish: getting the transition between frames to feel continuous rather than choppy, and getting the full sequence to loop seamlessly instead of visibly snapping back to the first frame.
Beyond the animation, this project let me design a real dashboard interface — transcripts, timestamps, buyer/rep dialogue, highlights, notes, and CRM sync status — a different design problem than anything in my marketing-site templates. The mock content itself was AI-generated to move faster, but the interface structuring, hierarchy, and interaction design around that content is where the actual design decisions happened.

My templates (Vero Estate, Atelier, Travertine, Current, Plinth) get bought and reused repeatedly by different agencies. A fully custom dashboard UI like Reson takes real time to design in detail, but gets shown once, as a portfolio piece, rather than resold. It's a legitimate skill-building exercise, but a very different economic shape than the rest of my work.
